Areas of Expertise	Created in 2001 IPPR's mission is to deliver independent, analytical, critical, constructive research on social, political and economic issues that affect development in Namibia. IPPR focuses on budget analysis at the national level. The institute participated in a regional study entitled "Budget Transparency and Participation 2, Nine African Case Studies: Botswana, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, South Africa, Uganda and Zambia" organized by Idasa.
